DEBBIE- I began my career in property at just 20 years old, starting in residential sales. Very quickly, I discovered my passion for the industry – no two days were ever the same, and I loved meeting new people and exploring the diverse housing market in Mill Hill.
As the London lettings market began to grow, I moved into rentals and embraced the challenge head-on, building a successful, customer-focused lettings business. My enthusiasm for property only deepened, and in 2008 I joined one of London’s largest independent lettings agents in Hampstead (NW3). There, I worked with a wide range of clients, from corporate tenants to high-net-worth individuals, public figures, and celebrities, and became a well-known face in the lettings market.
Over the years, my dedication to property has never wavered. Now, back in Mill Hill and working alongside my sister Lara, our mission is simple: to provide exceptional service, clear advice, and reliable guidance for all your property needs. Whatever the challenges, we’re here to stand by your side and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

LARA- I’m a proud Mill Hill local with a lifelong passion for property. My career began with a leading agency covering Radlett and Elstree, where I spent 12 years immersing myself in every aspect of the industry. Later, I joined a boutique residential agency in the heart of Belsize Park Village, NW3—a community that reminded me so much of Mill Hill. The lively, welcoming atmosphere there reinforced my love for working closely with people and homes.
Over the years, my experience has been truly all-encompassing. From residential sales and lettings to property management, I’ve built strong relationships with landlords—some with extensive portfolios—while overseeing both accounts and administration. Every property I step into fascinates me, whether it’s the architecture, design, or simply the story behind it. But what I love most is the people: no two days are ever the same, and the connections I make give my work real meaning.
Today, I’m fortunate to run PROPERTY SISTERS with my sister Debbie, here in Mill Hill. For the past ten years, we’ve combined our expertise to help both locals and newcomers buy, sell, let, and manage their homes. Running our own business is a thrill like no other, and our genuine passion for property shines through in everything we do.

I thrive on building trust with clients, taking on new challenges, and creating a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for both colleagues and customers. With a bubbly personality and a genuine smile, I aim to make the property process feel as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
For me, nothing is ever too much trouble—I’ll always go the extra mile to deliver the best results.
